DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION TERMS 2016
REGULAR RATES
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay (plus taxes) is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due within 7 days prior to arrival. We accept MasterCard & VISA only.
Cancellations:
We are a small property and our business depends on assuring that our rooms are occupied. Cancellations often result in empty rooms.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date will be subject to a charge of the cost of the first night’s stay (plus taxes).
Cancellations made between 7 days and the arrival date are subject to a charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking (plus taxes).
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
Please note that if you book a non-refundable rate at our property, the entire cost of the reservation may be charged any time after booking and will be fully non-refundable immediately after booking. This policy follows non-refundable rate policies offered by our online partners and extends through those partners on dates that our non-refundable rates are offered. The rate and its associated cancellation policy will always be made clear prior to booking when we offer a quote and availability.
