About Us

At Bannerman Park Suites our goal is to offer elegant, luxurious, executive accommodations designed for both leisure and business stays. Established in 2014, in what was once one of St. John’s most recognized boutique hotels, Bannerman Park Suites provides its guests with professional, courteous service and an exemplary downtown living experience. In 2015 we were awarded a 5 star Canada Select Rating, one of the highest honours a Canadian accommodation provider can receive.

Located in historic downtown St. John’s in the affluent heritage district of Rennies Mill Road; Bannerman Park Suites is located within walking distance of many of the major St. John’s tourist attractions; restaurants and galleries, including the Basilica of St. John the Baptist, The Rooms, Signal Hill and George Street. Walk to Raymond’s, rated Canada’s Best Restaurant by En Route magazine. Our King Suites overlook Bannerman Park, a beautiful and newly renovated park offering a public outdoor pool and walking gardens in the summer and an outdoor ice-skating rink in the winter. Bannerman Park Suites are ideally situated to suit any of your travel needs.

Our suites were renovated in 2012 to include kitchenette facilities so that they may cater equally to both long-term business travellers as well as the leisure guests they have for years. Over the past decade, St. John’s, Newfoundland has become a bustling metropolis due to the growth of the oil industry. As a result of this growth, St. John’s now has many accommodation providers, and it is our hope that once you have experienced what we have to offer at Bannerman Park Suites, we will always be your first choice.
