Our Suites
Our goal is to offer elegant, deluxe, executive accommodations designed for both leisure and business stays. Come stay a few days, a couple weeks, or a few months. First-time guests are blown away with the beauty and uniqueness of Bannerman Park Suites and visit time and time again.
5-Star Rated Bannerman Park Suites is literally fit for a king; King Charles and Queen Camilla stayed during their Royal Visit in 2009. They so enjoyed their stay, Princess Anne stayed the following year.

Why Stay with Us
Located in historic downtown St. John’s in the affluent heritage district of Rennies Mill Road; within walking distance to the downtown core featuring top restaurants, shops and galleries. We are near various meeting venues and tourist attractions including the St. John’s Convention Centre, The Rooms, Signal Hill, the Johnson GEO Centre, and the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. We are approximately 15 minutes from St. John’s International Airport.

“Bannerman Suites - Room 201 (2nd floor, front of home overlooking Bannerman Park) Filled with charm + character. Furnishings tasteful and to period. Very comfortable king bed with equally clean and luxurious linens. Plenty of storage space to unpack and live comfortably. Kitchen well equipped with a few essentials (dish soap, dishwasher tabs, tea, sugar, toiletry essentials. We ordered a delivery from Walmart Grocery to stock up supplies. Beautiful washroom with vintage soaker tub, heated marble flooring and huge walk in shower with body jets and glass doors. Nice to stand and steam in. Comfortable sofa and occasional chairs + full size table. Parking was a bonus at rear of home - always a spot when we returned from a day of exploring.”

“Wonderful stay here. What a gem. It's a beautiful, spacious and elegant place to stay and well stocked with all the ammenities you would need. Laundry was a plus. Michael was very responsive and flexibile and acccommodating to us as we were unsure of our departure date due to the uncertainty with the weather. Would stay here again and would have definitely stayed longer if time permitted. There is a lovely restaurant, coffee shop and bakery nearby as well. All in all - one of our favorite places on our vacation yet.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay in St. John's. A very short walk to downtown/the water and most St. John's attractions, but on a quiet, lovely street away from a lot of noise. Right across the street from a pretty park as well. In walking distance to a bunch of cafes, restaurants, galleries, etc. The Parlour is one ice cream/coffee shop just steps away that I highly recommend for iced lattes! The place itself looks just like the photos. The bed is very comfortable, and there's a great bathtub, too. It feels very comfortable and homey, and the whole house has a very quaint/charming vibe. One thing to know is that the walls are a bit thin, so you may hear your upstairs and next-door neighbors at times, but it wasn't bad, and all the good parts of the place outweigh this by far. Michael is extremely friendly and responsive and has good information to provide when asked. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place for anyone looking to spend time in St. John's.”

“I had a wonderfully relaxing stay here. The location is perfect; walkable from most major places with plenty of food options nearby but set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There was ample parking available, and the park across the street made it feel all the more open and inviting. The suite itself was clean and stocked with everything needed to settle in. The bed was comfortable with different options of pillow firmness. Michael was friendly and communicative, and check in/out was easy and worry-free. I would definitely look to stay here again on any future trip to St John’s.”
