To make a room reservation at Bannerman Park Suites you must be 18 years and older. A credit card is required to make your reservation. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All reservations are subject to15% HST, 4% City Tax and a cleaning fee based on length of stay. Booking requests will be directed to Airbnb. All Terms and Conditions of Airbnb are applicable.

Bannerman Park Suites accommodates long term stays. Please contact us by email to arrange.

Cancellation policies are as per Airbnb. Please refer to their policies when booking. Cancellation policies regarding long term stays will be set out at time of booking directly with us.

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.

Our rooms with one queen or one king bed accommodate a maximum of two people. The one room with one king bed and one twin bed accommodates a maximum of three people with an additional charge for the third guest. Occupancy exceeding these maximums is not allowed.

Bannerman Park Suites is a non-smoking establishment. If one of the occupants or a guest of the occupant smokes anywhere on the premises, including our outdoor rear patio, a charge of $500.00 will be added to your credit card.

Bannerman Park Suites accepts pets in limited designated rooms provided reservations have been made in advance and our staff has been advised accordingly at time of reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 for guests with a pet.

You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by yourself, your guests, or any person in your party. If something is broken or vandalized, you will be charged for its replacement. This includes charges to replace loss of keys.

To ensure a quiet and comfortable stay for all guests at Bannerman Park Suites, loud noise is not permitted. If, after a warning, the noise level is still unacceptable, you will be required to leave the hotel premises immediately, regardless of the time of day or night.

Bringing goods or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to Bannerman Park Suites for any damage that may be caused by such articles and will be required to leave the property immediately.

Guests must observe, abide by, conform to, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force at any given time.

Bannerman Park Suites will not be responsible for the safe keeping of guests’ personal belongings and valuable items, both within the hotel and common areas of the property including vehicles parked on the property.
